The purpose of the Green Communities Guide is to provide community stewards (including elected officials, municipal departments, stewardship groups, watershed planning and advisory councils, developers, and others) with information on practical tools (e.g. design practices and policies) to help make the built environment more ecologically-functional. Through this, the goal is to help communities improve the conditions of their local environments, leading to improved quality of life, health and well being of residents.

The purpose of this survey is to solicit examples of Green Development for the purposes of our CASE STUDIES section of the Guide. You may return to this survey multiple times if you have more than one case study suggestion.

If you have any questions please contact Sarah Primeau, Green Communities Guide Coordinator, at (780) 240-8778 or email sarah@landstewardship.org. You can also read more about the project at http://www.landstewardship.org/greencommunities.asp (copy and paste this address into a new browser window)
