Thank you for your interest in the 2014 State of Indiana Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development. The results of this survey will be used to inform the funding allocations for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership funds (HOME), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. These HUD-funded programs are administered by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA).

This final year of the 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan provides an opportunity to evaluate priorities and funding allocations from past planning periods—and lay the foundation for goals and strategies in the next five year Consolidated Planning period, which will begin in 2015. In completing this survey, please consider how programming and funding has worked in past Action Plan years—and what you would like to see in future planning years.

If you have questions about the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan processes, please contact Kathleen Weissenberger at OCRA,

This survey will close on April 30, 2014.
