The way federal agencies meet their missions is in constant motion. The processes and procedures continue to evolve as technology improves and expands. The pencil gave way to the typewriter. The typewriter gave way to the personal computer on your desk. Now tablets, smartphones and a host of technological innovations are sweeping through government, albeit more quickly at some agencies than others.
Later this month, Federal News Radio will spend three days analyzing how technology is changing the way federal agencies meet their missions and how contractors deliver services.
Federal News Radio is conducting this survey as part of our research and measurement of the impact of technology on federal employees, agencies and government contractors. We will present our findings starting Nov. 19.
