Dear Prospective Participant,
The purpose of this study is to validate two recently developed surveys. One measure looks at how people perceive themselves in relationships with others. The other survey studies sexual satisfaction.
We know that your time is valuable. We have provided you with a progress bar so that you know how far along you are in the survey.
There are two parts to the survey. If your time is limited, you can just do Part 1. We will let you know when Part 2: the Sexual Satisfaction Survey starts. We hope, however, that you are able to complete the ENTIRE survey.

Please proceed if:
1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. You are willing to complete the following survey regarding you and your relationships.
3. You are aware that the survey will take you a total of 20-40 minutes. It will take you about 10-20 minutes to fill out Part 1 and another 10-20 minutes if continue on to Part 2.
4. You are willing to fill the survey out in one sitting.
