The Accommodation Association receives regular requests for assistance and advice on TripAdvisor and/or how guests are reflecting the standards of the services offered by accommodation providers via TripAdvisor. In the past, the number of services and options available for consumer led feedback have been somewhat limited, however, this has expanded in recent years. This has led to a growth in the potential for abuse of such services, particularly TripAdvisor. With these developments the Association has endeavoured to contribute, lead and direct as appropriate for the benefit of the industry.

We ask that you complete this short survey which will help us assess the current perspective of Australian accommodation operators. Your feedback will help us determine how the Association should move forward in regard to the representation of accommodation providers to the travelling public by third party businesses and stakeholders.
