To help people connect with you and understand that you're a real person, we need at least 3 decent photos of you going about your day, living your best country life etc.

Gold standard (and we know this might feel a bit icky) would be to include one or two of you on your healthcare journey - though we completely understand that's not for everyone.

VERY IMPORTANT:
1. If you've chosen to remain anonymous, we won't use any of your photos (it's just easier to make them mandatory for those who are willing to share, rather than having to chase people after the fact).
2. IF you include photos with others in them, please make sure you have their permission to do so. We'll assume we're good to go unless you say otherwise.
