Teacher Application for RE-SEED Volunteers 2015-2016

Please fill out the following form if you are interested in having a RE-SEED Volunteer in your classroom in the 2015-2016 school year. Volunteers are generally placed in late September to October, based on participation/availability - contact Daniel Sullivan with questions at da.sullivan@neu.edu. * 6. Please describe the type of support you would like from a RE-SEED volunteer. Each volunteer generally assists in one or more science classes per week from October - May as needed. The teacher and volunteer work out their individual schedules, roles, and responsibilities. The RE-SEED training that the volunteers receive (32 hours) focuses on helping them understand the K-12 school environment, inquiry-based learning, and how to be supportive of the teachers.
