To help people decide what to do with unused embryos the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority (VARTA) has developed a Decision Tool.
We are conducting a survey to find out if this Decision Tool is helpful. If you currently have embryos in storage, we invite you to take part.
Participation is entirely voluntary. The anonymous information we collect will be stored securely and destroyed after a minimum period of five years.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. At the end of the study, the results will be made available on the VARTA website.
If you find it distressing to decide what to do with your unused embryos, please contact your clinic counsellor.
