The Leicester city Open Mind service provides confidential, recovery-focused talking therapies for adults who are stressed, depressed or have anxiety. It is available to people aged 16 and over (including the over 65s) who are registered with a GP in the city of Leicester. We offer a range of approved therapies aimed at helping people towards recovery, and cover every GP practice in Leicester city. www.leicesteropenmind.nhs.uk
