The Community and Hospital Infection Control Association of Canada (CHICA-Canada) has initiated a strategic planning process to review our mission and identify future directions and priorities. An important part of this process involves obtaining the views our members concerning the various issues and choices facing our association.

Please complete this on-line questionnaire by Friday, April 10, 2009. Your survey will go directly to the external planning consultant helping us with the project so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential. The survey findings will be used at a Board/ Chapter President planning retreat to be held in May. The new strategic plan will be presented to members at the Annual General Meeting in St. John’s on May 14, 2009.
