1. Hurricane Dean Damage Report - Credit Unions in Harms Way

Please use this survey to report hurricane related damage to credit unions passing through the Caribbean.

All Visual Intelligence of persons and the environment reported through this system will be shared with CUNA Mutual, League, CUNA Inc, WOCCU and select Unified Incident Commanders throughout the credit union movement.

VIPER reports also go into a data base used by law enforcement forensic investigators at the Federal, State, and local levels. Reports should "focus on the facts" and indicate the exact time and place each incident occured. NOTE! This report is not a substitute for calling 9-1-1 or notifying the proper Public Sector Authorities but rather a tool used to document and track criminal activity that's unfortunately too common during and after a large scale community crisis.

All reports will be shared through the InfraGard reporting system, HOWEVER...to ensure immidate and accurate involvment of the FBI, submit your report direct using InfraGard on-line links.
