RCP is committed to being recognised as leaders in management, to which we uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in how we conduct our business. We seek to engage with respected Supplier organisations to achieve our service excellence and determination for success of our clients and our business with the goal of identifying and working with our supply chain to eliminate the various forms of slavery.  Modern Slavery can occur in many forms including servitude; forced labour; deceptive recruiting; forced marriage; debt bondage or any bonded labour; trafficking in persons; and child labour.

Whilst RCP is not an entity bound to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), our business is part of the supply chain of those organisations who are reporting entities under the Act and all Suppliers to RCP are required to comply with the Modern Slavery legislation and our Supplier Code of Conduct which is available on our website.  RCP is therefore investigating our supply chain and we ask your organisation to complete the survey below by 31 July 2023 confirming compliance with the Act.

Thank you in for your assistance.
