1. Survey of working at home on behalf of the Telework Association

This survey is collecting data about your productivity as someone who works at home for some or all of your working time. We are comparing your productivity working this way compared to conventional working involving travel to a common place of work with your colleagues (which for simplicity we will call 'the office')
There are just 10 questions so it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to complete.
