The German Script course offered by Moravian Archives will be held from June 3 to June 14, 2013 at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. Please complete this online registration form by Monday, May 20th to secure housing for the course.
Participants in the German Script courses are traditionally housed in one of the College's sorority houses on campus, which includes all of the amenities of a traditional house (common space/living room, full kitchen, etc...). Weekly linen service will also be included with your housing. Kitchen accessories (i.e. pots, pans, flatware, cups, plates, etc...) are not provided by the College. The houses are not equipped with air-conditioning. Participants are encouraged to bring fans to use during their stay.
The cost for housing during the two-week period is $250 ($125/week). Checks should be made payable to "Moravian College" and submitted to the Office of Student Affairs (1301 Main Street) on the first day of classes, Monday, June 4th (office is open from 8 to 12 and 1 to 4)
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES Check-in packets with keys for participants who have registered for housing will be available on Sunday, June 2nd beginning at 9:00AM in the Office of Campus Safety (119 West Greenwich Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018).
Participants must check-out by returning their check-in packets no later than Friday, June 14th at 4:00PM at the Office of Student Affairs (1301 Main Street). Check-out instructions will also be provided in the check-in packet.
