Tapping into Customer Analytics holds huge potential for businesses by helping them get a richer understanding of behaviour on which to base insights that can be used to deliver targeted campaigns, improve response rates, enhance customer loyalty and build deeper relationships with the right customers.
At the same time as organisations look to differentiate themselves on the basis of a superior customer experience we are seeing many businesses expand their usage of Customer Analytics as they mine more and more information for insights. But hard data about what businesses are really doing today is hard to come by.
To start to get some answers, we've put together the following very short survey, which explores what’s actually important to businesses in terms of the focus, scope and technology options of ongoing customer analytics efforts.
