     · Colleges or Agencies within the US, who are serving the needs of adult
       education and workforce preparedness
     · Existing Adult Basic Education / Adult Education & Literacy     
       program in place
 
Criteria:
     · Ability to assign a part-time project lead
     · Commitment to program success
     · Minimum of 500 students served
     · Share impact results
     · Ideas for how the program will be implemented, ideas for future
       features
