Quarry Park & Nature Preserve is the largest park in the Stearns County Parks system, spanning more than 750 acres. The original Master Plan, created in 1995, is now 30 years old and needs an update. The Stearns County Parks Department is currently working to revise the plan to meet statewide regional park designation requirements. This designation provides access to funding that supports essential maintenance and future development objectives.

As part of this process, we're seeking feedback on some of the proposed improvements for the park and preserve. On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Stearns County hosted a Public Open House to gain feedback about proposed improvements. This survey will help gather feedback as well as offer an opportunity for community members who were not able to make the open house to comment. Your feedback is essential in shaping the next chapter of Quarry Park & Nature Preserve.

Your voice matters! Take just 5 to 10 minutes to help shape the future of Quarry Park & Nature Preserve.

Thank you for helping us plan for the future of this treasured park!
