1. Emgering Leaders Network Survey

The American Institute of Conservation is the preeminent organization for conservation professionals in the United States. While it currently serves its community by offering educational opportunities, guidelines for practice, a widely read journal, and outreach to the world at large, there remains a need for more programs for the emerging leaders in the field of conservation—-from pre-program students to students enrolled in graduate programs, to those working in the field for up to ten years. Recognizing this need, a new emerging leaders group has been started. The purpose of this group is to serve the community of emerging conservators by providing an open forum for discussion, provide and distribute relevant information, and to encourage active participation by its members in this group, the conservation community and the world at large.

Therefore, as its first order of business, the Emerging Leaders Network would like to extend this survey to you, so that we can gather information on how best we can serve our constituent members. Your answers to this survey will be kept confidential.
