Long hours, changing start times and the pressure placed on drivers through enhanced electronic equipment are just part of the reason Transport drivers are doing it tough.

More and more we are seeing drivers leaving for work, saying goodbye to their families for the last time as they never make it back home.

Qube workers want to address this in their upcoming negotiations for a new agreement, so they can have an improved work life balance and know they will get home safely every day.

This survey is the beginning for Qube drivers setting the direction of their EA, to make an everlasting change to their health and wellbeing and to leave a legacy for future Qube employees.
