This day food entrepreneurs and farmers will meet buyers in the region’s largest business-to-business Local Foods Trade Show. There will be opportunities to learn about critical topics such as product development, marketing, labeling, regulations, distribution, sales, meet with peers, topic experts, and technical assistance providers.. Closed to the public.

Festival, Saturday, December 5th, 9am-4pm

This day farmers and foodmakers will showcase their products to the general public. You will be able to sample and sell food products that fall within the following criteria: 1) are exclusively products of your farm; 2) that are exempt from licensing under the "Pickle Bill"; 3) fall under one of the exemptions for non-potentially hazardous food exemptions; or 4) that are packaged products that you are licensed to sell. Open to the public.
