Bullying is the repeated and deliberate attempt to harm, humiliate, intimidate or distress others. It can involve hurting someone, spreading rumours about them, playing nasty jokes, name-calling or deliberate social exclusion. Bullying may also involve threatening or abusive electronic messages or other written communications.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BULLYING IS USUALLY ABOUT ONGOING BEHAVIOUR AND NOT ONE OFF INCIDENTS.
