The East Maui Water Authority (EMWA) is a Department of the County of Maui. Guided by its community Board, the ʻAha Wai O Maui Hikina [Board], EMWA is tasked with developing and implementing a watershed management plan with guidance from the communities in the East Maui former license areas from Nahiku to Huelo.
