Tenants experiences of the Private Rented Sector |
Introduction
This survey is about your experiences as a private sector tenant in Wales, especially if you are from one of the following groups:
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual
- Transgender
- Black or Ethnic Minority including migrants
- Disabled (including physical, sensory, mental health)
- Young persons
- Older Persons
Tai Pawb and the Residential Landlords Association want to set-up a project to help diverse private tenants and the landlords housing them. We want both groups to have more positive experiences. We would like to do this by building the capacity, knowledge, skills and confidence of both groups to deal with problems they may have.
To develop this project, we need to know more about your experiences as a private tenant and your views on how we could support you and/or your landlord.
This project will cover Wales, so we are interested in knowing where you live. We are still interested in your views if you do not live in Wales but may have rented in Wales in the past.
All responses will remain anonymous and your details will not be shared in any identifiable way. The survey should take no longer than five minutes.
