You are joining a campus community that is dedicated to improving the world and the lives of members of the community. Through ESF's strong culture of service, faculty, staff, and students dedicate over 72,000 hours of service to the community each year.
You are invited to join ESF in improving the Syracuse community during the second "Transfer Day of Service," which is scheduled as an optional day during Transfer Orientation.
Friday, August 23, 2013 10:00am-3:30pm Meet in ESF's Gateway Center
Lunch and transportation will be provided, and you will be accompanied by Orientation Leaders.
Last year's participants stated that this event was a great way to meet incoming transfer students, learn more about Syracuse, and get a feel for ESF before classes started.
Since this is the second year of the program, you play a special role in shaping the event. The following questions will help us to plan service projects that appeal to your interests and benefit the community.
Please contact me with any questions about the Transfer Day of Service. I look forward to meeting you in August!
