Change of Weeks Requests, see below:

If you need to change your registration to a different week you will need to submit a cancellation form for the week you no longer want and register for the week you would like for them to attend instead. We will not change your registration for you.

I acknowledge that there will be no refunds for cancellation requests made after May 1st, 2024.

I acknowledge that, if my request is submitted Monday-Friday, the Fort Worth Zoo Education department will respond to my request within 48 hours. All weekend requests will be responded to at the earliest possible time the following Monday.
