There are five sponsorship levels to choose from:

SUPER PLATINUM: $7,500
naming rights for golf tournament (hence 2014 MWA/COMPANY NAME Golf Classic):
signage and promotional items on the golf course (subject to the golf pro's OK);

five complimentary Tuesday and Wednesday golf & meals registrations;

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $5,000
a full page ad in the conference program,
