The City of Independence is currently preparing the 2013-2014 Annual Action Plan as required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Annual Action Plan will be used to guide the future use of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds.

An integral step in the Annual Action Planning process is to gather input from City residents and other interested persons or groups regarding housing, public services, community facilities, infrastructure and economic development needs of City residents. This survey will assist the City of Independence in identifying areas of need in order to better allocate CDBG and HOME funds. Please complete the survey below to the best of your ability. No personally identifiable information will be shared.
