This survey has been designed to be long to enable detailed and specific feedback to the sections partners want to comment on.

Part 1 requests for contact information as well as some basic information about your organizational profile. This part is mandatory.

Parts 2-15 are designed to gather specific feedback corresponding to the 14 sections of the questionnaire (from Section 1: "Overarching" to Section 14: "Factors affecting national implementation...and the way forward").

Specific feedback is classified into 3 main categories:
1) Comments on the structure of the questions (e.g. multiple choice versus open ended, the appropriateness of the phrasing, and the range of options given)

2) Comments on the number and type of questions and suggestions for additions or deletions

3) Other comments

Section 16 requests for general feedback on the ICPD PoA questionnaire (e.g. clarity of the introduction, appropriateness of questionnaire length).
