From July 29, 2009 through August 31, 2009, Affiliate Summit will be conducting an impact survey regarding the New York State Advertising Tax enactment.
The aggregated information ascertained from this survey will be used to inform policy makers about the impact the New York Advertising Tax has had on New York affiliates. It is our hope that legislators around the country will evaluate the findings of this report and measure it against the revenue they anticipate collecting from enacting Advertising Tax in their state.

Individual responses will be kept confidential in Questions #1-10. Your open comments in Question #13 will also remain confidential, unless you expressly give us permission to reprint them by stating so in Question #14.
