1. Are you a Sales Person who wants to improve their skills?

Sales people in this day and age face a difficult path to reward and success.

Often faced with clients who are skeptical of the 'art of selling' and the skills and techniques used. You are probably often accused of being pushy!

At Banjar Group we have helped thousands of talented Sales People reach their true potential and fall in love with the Selling Game.

The survey below is an opportunity for you to look at your sales ability against the 21 Sales Competencies Banjar Group have identified as essential to sales success.

A competency can be described as an employee’s characteristic that contributes distinguishably to successful performance in a specific role. So, the right competencies make the difference between good and bad performance in a particular role.

The competencies are defined into three categories:
1. Professional Competencies
2. Business Competencies
3. Behaviour Competencies

Professional competencies are likely to be demonstrated by Account Managers as “skills” that have been developed in their professional careers.

Business competencies will be demonstrated as “knowledge” about your company, the market in which you exist and how you operate your business.

Behaviour competencies define effective behaviour. These will be demonstrated in the “style, attitude and approach” shown in going about the job. They will say something about your character as a Sales Professional.

So please complete the survey on the following page and see how you rate against the criteria - you may discover areas for improvement and contact Banjar Group to join their Sales Rockets Sales Development Program or reinforce for yourself the skills that make you a truly successful Sales Professional!
