Professional competencies are likely to be demonstrated by Account Managers as “skills” that have been developed in their professional careers.
Business competencies will be demonstrated as “knowledge” about your company, the market in which you exist and how you operate your business.
Behaviour competencies define effective behaviour. These will be demonstrated in the “style, attitude and approach” shown in going about the job. They will say something about your character as a Sales Professional.
