This survey attempts to understand the needs of gay, trans and other men who have sex with men (henceforth referred to as gay men and other MSM), and who live, work, or play in the Castro district in San Francisco.
The information you provide will be used to plan and design mental health and substance use services to serve these communities.
In order to complete the survey, you must satisfy a few eligibility criteria. The next few questions will determine whether you qualify.
