Join the City of Seattleā€™s forestry team as we celebrate the awe-inspiring trees of our city this fall - the ideal time to successfully plant trees. Festivities will include cider pressing and the opportunity for Georgetown and South Park residents to get free trees planted in their yards. Volunteers are needed to help plant trees around the park and to weed and mulch some planting beds. Tools, gloves, and refreshments will be provided. Be sure to wear closed toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty.

Seattle Arbor Day is supported by multiple city departments, including Seattle Public Utilities, Seattle Department of Transportation, Seattle City Light, Office of Sustainability and Environment, and Seattle Parks.
