You are invited to be part of a research study. The researcher is a doctoral learner at Capella University in the School of Harold Abel School of Social and Behavioral Sciences: Psychology. You are invited to be in the study because you are:
•Employed full time (or work at least 37.5 hours per week)
•Have membership with the Society of Industrial Psychology or the LinkedIn Professional websites
•Are at least 21 years of age and hold a Bachelors Degree
Your participation will last about 15 - 30 minutes.
If you decide to be in this study, you will complete an online 3 section survey about organizational commitment, different types of employee behavior and some demographic information.
Benefits: Being in this study will not present significant risks or benefits, other than possible benefits from increased awareness of business-related issues.
Risks: This study is completely risk-free. We don’t anticipate any harm or distress during this study. You may stop being in the study at any time if you become uncomfortable. You can decide not to be in the study and you can change your mind about being in the study at any time. If you want to stop being in the study, feel free to withdraw at any time.
If a participant withdraws from the study without completing the study in its entirety, his/her date will be discarded.
The researcher can assure you that she/he will keep everything you tell him/her or do for the study private. Please ask any questions you may have about this issue before agreeing to be in the study.
