Instructions for Completing Your Conference Evaluation
of survey complete.
Thank you for participating in the 24th annual National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY) conference – Red Hot Solutions – in Albuquerque, NM. Your responses to each of the following questions are greatly appreciated as we begin our planning for next year’s conference. Your evaluation is also needed in order for you to obtain your CEU or attendance certificate for the conference.
If you wish to receive CEUs for the conference sessions you attended, you must complete an evaluation for all of the sessions you attended -- preconference institutes, concurrent sessions and general sessions. Sessions eligible for CEUs indicate the number of CEUs offered for that session as part of the description in the evaluation. As you proceed through the evaluation, total the number of CEUs you completed, and this will be the number of CEUs you will enter on the CEU certificate. A maximum of 6 CEUs are available from the preconference institutes. A maximum of 13.5 CEUs are available from the conference; eating time dring the general sessions, the LeTendre Awards Ceremony, and the NAEHCY annual membership meeting are not eligible for CEUs. To receive CEU credit for any session you attended, you must also have signed-in on the CEU form at the session during the time it was offered.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to fill out. You may change your answers at any time while you are completing the survey. Once you submit your completed survey, you will not be able to go back and change any of your responses. If you exit the survey before completing it, you will be prompted to start at the beginning of the survey the next time you enter the survey site--partially completed surveys are not saved.
Once you submit your survey, you will be automatically prompted to the download site so that you may total your CEU hours and print out your CEU or attendance certificate for the conference. Surveys must be completed before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Friday, December 21, 2012.
