You are invited to participate in a brief survey intended to help us better understand supervision processes. Although it might seem long when you first see the questions, in pilot tests we have found that virtually everyone finishes within 20 minutes.
We are interested in your perceptions of (a) your supervisor's style and (b) the supervision you are receiving from that supervisor. We also are curious how some aspects of your personal stance about relationships with other people may affect a, b, or the relationship between a and b. A unique aspect of this study is its international/intercultural focus. That is, I am working with Professor Young Seok Seo of Yonsei University and with Yonsei counseling psychology students to obtain the same data from Korean supervisees as well
Data are being collected anonymously and so there would be no way to identify you in any reports of the study's findings.
If you have received this invitation you will have the opportunity to win a Kindle Fire, as explained below. And, of course, we will be happy to send to results of the study to all who request it.
This study has been approved by the University of Redlands IRB. The section that immediately follows provides the required informed consent information. Please read it. Your clicking to continue will constitute your consent.
Thank you for considering this request.
