BOMA San Francisco has been partnering with the SFFD Toy Program for over 25 years. The Toy Program distributes over 200,000 toys each year and serves more than 40,000 families annually. Our members' participation is integral to the success of the program. Member buildings assist by placing official toy barrels in their lobbies and encouraging their tenants to donate new, unwrapped toys during the collection period.

TO RESERVE BARRELS FOR YOUR LOBBY, complete and submit this survey form by Friday, Nov. 4, 2016.  In order to request barrels for multiple buildings, you must complete a separate form for each building. To do this, copy this link (, complete this survey by clicking DONE below, then paste the link into your browser and complete survey again. The survey is designed to accept multiple entries from one computer.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS - Please read before completing form.
All barrels will be delivered by during the week of November 14 - 18 (excluding Nov. 15) by BOMA-member volunteer drivers.

All barrels and toys will be picked up during the week of Dec. 12-16.

Once all reservations are received, BOMA will assign delivery routes to the volunteer drivers. Volunteer drivers will select one drop off day between Nov. 14 – Nov. 18 (excluding Nov. 15) and communicate that date directly with the contact provided via email. Similarly, the volunteer driver will select one pick up day between Dec. 12 - Dec. 16 and communicate that date directly with the contact provided via email. Member buildings may not select their own delivery or pickup dates.

It is critical that you inform security/lobby personnel of the delivery/pick up dates so that the process runs smoothly for all. The volunteer drivers can only come once. As they’ll be making multiple stops, we ask your help in facilitating a quick barrel hand-off.
