The 10 most wanted profiles survey is carried out by Greenfish in the exclusive framework of the Careers Day at EWEA 2013. Two questionnaires (one for “profiles” and one for employers) have been designed by Greenfish and the cross analysis of both questionnaires’ feedback will lead to the definition and to the description of the “10 most wanted profiles” in the European wind sector. Those profiles will be presented at the Careers forum during the Careers day on 7th February.
THE MATCHING EXERCISES
The profiles which fall into the category of the “10 most wanted profiles” will be invited to take part in the matching exercise and will be offered matching interviews with recruiting companies on site as appropriate.
Once the employers expressed the wish to participate in the matching exercises, the Greenfish team will contact the hiring company to gather the necessary additional information and will proceed with the job intake, analysis of the job description, the drafting/posting of job vacancies, search, analysis of potential profiles, interviews, reference checks, and once approved by both parties, Greenfish will arrange for the face to face interview.
