OCM/Oswego BOCES School Library System Annual Survey 2019-2020

Please take a few minutes (estimate = 30 minutes) to complete the Annual School Library System (SLS) survey. Section. 90.18 (xii) of the NY Commissioner of Education Regulations requires that the SLS do an annual evaluation.

This survey will assist the SLS in the evaluation of its programs and services to best meet the needs of you and your school library programs. Your comments will assist the Council and staff in planning for 2020-2021.  Answers from some of the questions relating to SEL, maker spaces and evidence-based practice may be shared with researchers.  All individual data will be protected; only aggregate data will be shared.

There are 53 fun-filled questions; some are optional. (Those with an * are not optional.) (Two new ones at the very end.) We very much appreciate if you complete even the optional questions.
