Single Building Assessment - Expression of Interest (EoI) Form

The Scottish Government is inviting Expression of Interests (EoI) for single building assessments, which will address risks related to cladding systems. By completing and submitting an EoI Form you agree that the Scottish Government may process, store and share this collated data, including personal data collected to contact respondents. The legal basis for processing the EoI data is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller, the Scottish Government.

If, through analysis of the data submitted, the Scottish Government becomes aware of building issues of life safety that are of interest to the relevant enforcement authorities, including the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, then information will be shared with the relevant authorities.

EoI Form Submission

It is initially intended that the Single Building Assessment - EoI Form should only be completed and submitted for buildings for which there is already an existing Cladding Risk Assessment (CRA), Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) or one or more completed External Wall System (EWS)1 Forms.

Further expressions of interest on behalf of buildings for which there is currently no CRA, FRA or completed EWS1 Form(s) will be invited in the near future.

EoI Form Submission Response

The Single Building Assessment - EoI Form is open for a period of 8 weeks. After submission of a completed Single Building Assessment - EoI Form respondents will be contacted within, or on conclusion of, the 8 week period.
