Credit Union Post Exam Survey (IB) |
As part of the NCUA’s Post-Examination Survey Pilot, approved under OMB Control Number 3133-0188, the agency requests your response to a post exam survey. The survey should only be submitted once and can be completed by any senior-level employee or official designated by the credit union manager or CEO.
The survey is administered through the Office of the Ombudsman and survey responses are received by the Ombudsman. Your participation in the survey will help NCUA evaluate the effectiveness of our examination processes and will provide input on the types of questions the agency should consider in future surveys. For more information about the survey pilot, please refer to Letter to Federal Credit Unions 21-FCU-05.
Please do not include personally identifiable information in your response. Additionally, do not report examination disagreements or waste, fraud, and abuse through your survey response. Please refer to your examination report cover letter for how to report these concerns. More information about reporting such concerns can be found by clicking this link.
The survey can be accessed through the link below. If you have other feedback for us unrelated to the survey, please contact the Office of the Ombudsman at the email address below. Thank you for your participation.
