Background: The City of Madison is relaunching its open data program in partnership with the Sunlight Foundation. Together we are piloting an approach called Tactical Data Engagement. This process is intended to be iterative by finding one focus area at a time, and then helping members of the community use data or information that addresses an issue in that focus area. We want to hear from the public how the data is put to use!

With this in mind, we want to hear about your and the community’s information needs.

The following focus areas were selected from the Imagine Madison phase 2 feedback from the community.
