MWWA Award Nomination Form
MWWA invites you to submit nominations for deserving water works professionals. Submit by July 1st.

Please check which award you are nominating the person for (please note the eligibility criteria for each award):
Paul F. Howard Award –
for an
Active member
(meaning someone working for a utility) whose knowledge and contributions to the profession merit special recognition.
William H. McGinness Award
– for an
Affiliate member
(meaning someone working for a company that supports public water systems) whose knowledge and contributions to the profession merit special recognition.
Community Award
– for a community water system that exemplifies the highest standards of water works practice.
James R. Fuller Award
– for a member who is a
state or federal employee
who exemplifies dedication to the water works profession and willingness to work with water suppliers.
Water Works Pride Award
– for recognition of individuals who give that extra effort to make a difference in the water works profession. Nominations for this award are not required to be members of MWWA.
Special Achievement Award
– nominated by the Awards Committee or Board of Directors for outstanding achievements and contributions to MWWA and the water works profession.
Sponsor Award
– nominated by the Awards Committee or Board of Directors for a company for outstanding dedication to MWWA and the water works profession.
Legislator of the Year
– for a Senator or Representative who has shown outstanding commitment to the water works profession.
Harold A. Fletcher Education Award
– for a MWWA member who exemplifies Harold Fletcher’s commitment to continuing education of water works professionals by participating as an instructor or in other ways supporting water works continuing education.
