The Royal College now has a requirement for all residents to complete a scholarly activity project by the end of PGY5, starting with the current PGY1 and PGY2 residents and then all future residents. The UBC Department of Psychiatry residency program has developed a policy for this resident scholarly activity project (which can be a case report with literature review, systematic review, or a quality improvement/education/research project), with a required presentation and written report.

The PGE expects that many (if not most) of the supervisors for this resident project will be from the clinical faculty. We would like to have your opinion about what resources and professional development are needed to support you as a project supervisor.

You may either complete this survey anonymously or choose to give your name so that we know if you are interested in being a scholarly activity supervisor or if you would like more information.
