This is the scanning electron microscopy image of the rat glomerulus with Bowman capsule isolated from kidney cortex using vibrodissociation technique. This is a very artistic glomerulus, resembling a graceful dancing girl in a dress (Bowman's capsule) with patterns (parietal epithelial cells), allowing us to carefully study its structure.
