SMDM 2023 Annual Meeting and Membership Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in an LMIC/Trainee scholarship at the Society for Medical Decision Making’s 45th Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, USA (October 22-25, 2023). The scholarships will be available for in-person attendance.

Eligibility: Trainees with accepted abstracts from LMICs, Trainees with financial need from LMIC's, and/or Attendees from LMIC's.

To be considered for a scholarship, submit this completed online application no later than Wednesday, 4 October 2023 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. 

Scholarships will cover travel to and from the conference location (Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, PA, United States), two nights of lodging, conference registration, and funds to cover meals not otherwise provided during the meeting. The scholarships also provide membership in the SMDM through December of 2024.

Scholarship determinations will be communicated by October 10, 2023. All applicants will be notified of their scholarship status via the e-mail address submitted with this scholarship application.
