The Employee of the quarter Award recognizes one outstanding employee for their valuable and selfless commitment to innovation, dedication, contribution and enhancement of the services provided at disABILITY LINK.
NOMINATION CRITERIA: Nominees will exhibit most if not all of the following qualities:
* Demonstrates dedication and commitment to the consumers and the organization.
* Exemplifies an ethic of selfless commitment to innovation.
* Helps improve the efficiency of disABILITY LINK.
* Volunteering for and working on special projects.
* Volunteering to serve on a committee and contributing to its success.
* Making creative suggestions that saves time/money.
* Providing services to others that are beyond assigned responsibilities.
* Employees who perform normally assigned responsibilities at an exceptional level.
