PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bridge Program, organized by the Atlanta Business League (ABL) and sponsored by Atlanta Gas Light (AGL), is designed to foster mentorship and connection between young entrepreneurs and professionals (ages 19-40) and established business leaders in the ABL. The program’s mission is to empower the next generation of business leaders, cultivate relationships, and create positive impacts within Metro Atlanta’s small business community.

As a Mentor, your commitment is essential to achieving the program’s goals. By signing this form, you agree to fulfill the expectations outlined below and to contribute to the success of the Bridge Program.

As a Mentor, I agree to:

Attend Monthly Mentoring Sessions - Meet with my mentee group once a month from March through August on the first Tuesday of each month. Sessions will cover topics on leadership, business development, and professional growth.
Provide Guidance and Support - Actively share knowledge, resources, and insights based on my expertise to help mentees set and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Prepare for Each Session - Review the month’s discussion topic beforehand and come prepared to share relevant experiences and advice with the mentee group.
Maintain Professional Boundaries and Confidentiality - Treat all information shared by mentees with respect and confidentiality, creating a safe and open environment for learning.
Create a Welcoming and Inclusive Environment - Encourage diverse perspectives and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
Gather Feedback for Continuous Improvement - Collect participant feedback after the roundtable and provide insights to ABL on program enhancements.
Commit to a three-month or Six-Month Program Duration - Participate in all scheduled mentoring sessions and provide feedback on mentee progress and program effectiveness.
