Hampton College Year 9 Options Form - 2024

  • Please ensure you have read the instructions for completing the form in the Options Booklet and have watched the presentation provided.
  • Please select one of the subjects in Option A and three subjects from Option B.
  • Please do not select the same option more than once. Choosing the same subject multiple times will not improve your chances of a place on that course.
  • To achieve the English Baccalaureate (EBACC) group of subjects, students must choose Geography or History and French. 
  • We work hard to try and ensure as many students as possible get their first choices but please choose two reserve subjects, in order of preference.
  • Please do not select more than 3 vocational courses
  • Please refer to the Options Booklet for restrictions on combinations of choices.
