The Ohio Medical Marijuana Physicians Association (OMMPA) is striving to create an improved patient-focused care system that will be more informative, efficient and effective for physicians.  Your input will be highly valuable as the specifications for this system are finalized.  Note: it may be necessary to access this survey from a computer versus other devices.

A system with the above capabilities is in development.  Once available, it will be offered at no cost for a trial period, then available for a monthly subscription rate.  The price will cover the costs of ongoing development and support, content enhancements and updates, and customer service.
