CMHA Recovery College Provincial Impact Survey

We are gathering feedback from students to strengthen CMHA's Recovery College programming. We are curious about the impact that Recovery College has had on its students. Your feedback will help Recovery College tremendously in securing funding and providing better services for its students.

This is a one-time survey and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete online. All survey responses are confidential, anonymous, and voluntary. None of your personal information will be shared to Recovery College and your answers will not be connected to you as a student.

Anyone who completes the survey is eligible to enter a draw for a $100 gift card. Prizes will be drawn separately for each Recovery College Site (Wood Buffalo, Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary, and Lethbridge). To enter the draw, follow the link provided at the end of the survey. You will be directed to another survey to provide your contact information for the draw.
